Surprisingly, being a lawyer is not generally known as an extremely trouble-free job. lawyers must learn to think very quickly and to be light. Lawyers must stand by their client throughout the case. Lawyers may hate everything this person has done; nevertheless, the lawyer will do everything in his power to prevent this person from being imprisoned. Provoked by quarrels, there will always be a need for lawyers; there will always be conflict as long as there are opinions. Lawyers almost always fight an uphill battle; they have new competitors not only for their files but also for their jobs. Unfortunately, no job is safe because being a lawyer will always be a challenge since there will always be someone smarter and younger who wants the job. Besides the dangers of losing your job at any time, there are certain difficulties. Lawyers who attended smaller schools generally find themselves at the bottom of the ladder. Only lawyers from the Ivy League, some of the top universities, earn $160,000 (“What” para. 7). The average salary is approximately $139,110 per year (“What” para. 5). An attorney's hourly wage is approximately $61.81, but different attorneys may charge different amounts ("Attorney" para. 30). As of May 2012, the richest 10% of lawyers earned approximately $187,200 (“Lawyers” para. 4). Lawyers generally work full-time with slow hours (“Lawyers” para. 2). To be a lawyer, you must be able to work unusual hours, nights and overtime (“Lawyer” par. 15). To become a good lawyer and not start with a "heavy job", students must enter higher level schools. Once high school is over, the student will quickly realize that he or she is only halfway there. After high school, they are in the middle of paper studies in the first years, they will never have a job, it's great. Lawyers are always trying to win for their clients and their case, if they ever want to take a chance on a good case.
