this PSA provides information from a real person who was lucky enough to survive a drunk driving accident. The speaker in the video is a T4 paraplegic, meaning he is paralyzed from the nipples down, which unfortunately means he cannot reproduce. Of the three PSAs, this video is the most effective because it shows that if you are able to survive a drunk driving accident, you are at high risk of becoming paraplegic. I think the least effective PSA about drunk driving is the first PSA because even though it is very simple, it doesn't give the target audience a complete explanation about the How to stop drinking and driving. The video simply states that if you have been drinking and decide to get behind the wheel, you are putting yourself and passengers at risk of death or living with permanent bodily harm. While I am in favor of the third PSA or the first PSA, both are a great way to let the world know how serious drunk driving is. In various aspects, all PSAs targeted students, parents and teenagers who drink or know people who drink.
