    Personal Leadership Development PlanThe Personal Leadership Development Plan is about capturing the self-awareness of an individual. People in general struggle to understand who they are, how they see themselves, and how others might see them. This plan will address my personal strengths, areas of improvement and also identify me more deeply as a person. The Personal Profile System and Team Dimensions Profile will be used to provide understanding. “Part I: Strengths” The two areas that best reflect my strengths are respectful and inspiring. (Stable) Respect is not to be taken lightly and people want others to show them that they are important. I'm not the type to belittle, denigrate, embarrass, or not recognize someone because they're not like me or don't hold a certain position. People react negatively and become very defensive when others treat them in any of the previously mentioned ways. I look at what I want others to consider when they speak and interact with me. This is how I should try to behave when dealing with others. Taking calculated risks is what I do best because I can't stand to lose too much if the results don't outweigh the risks involved. I am also very critical of myself and can point out flaws in a heartbeat. I have to analyze future actions before acting on anything because I don't want to make a mistake or stray too far from the initial path. Repeating myself or going through multiple scenarios takes a lot of time. Being too critical of myself will eliminate some of the time I can't get back. I am a humble person and I don't like it when others are looked down upon. Is everyone equal? Recognize when there is a problem in any area and seek help from others to improve the individual, which will improve the squadron, group, wing and the Air Force as a whole.
