    I believe I have the ability to keep stress at work low and stay positive. This is because I am a positive thinker. In my experience, when I perceived unfairness or faced work stress, I would try to restore fairness through extra effort and stay focused on my goal. Therefore, these personality traits help me become a team player. Additionally, I have high ethical standards that drive me to exemplify integrity in my actions. Honesty and integrity are very important personality traits for managers as they have responsibility for financial management. Managers who practice high ethical standards are likely to establish a code of ethics to guide the behavior of their team members and are less likely to manipulate shareholder assets. The action of individuals is a source of value. If I am a manager, I value the benefits of the company over self-interest and I believe that my ethical behaviors help me manage others better by building a relationship of trust with my team.
