For my final example of a society not accepting of people and the things they do, teenage pregnancy. My friend got pregnant during her freshman year of high school. Being so young and not fully mature as a person, being pregnant is looked down upon by many people. Since society does not accept this, pregnant teenagers tend to distance themselves from others. Most drop out of school out of embarrassment and judgment. This makes their lives more difficult.
