This is driven by the need to bridge the gap between the “very poor” and the “very rich”. This directly benefits global citizens wishing to improve their level of university education in a different setting. As a global citizen, I will quickly adapt to the new environment and culture and benefit from the scholarship offered. However, for individuals who feel hatred towards other races, nations, states or religions, achieving global citizenship is not only a nightmare, but also limits their academic opportunities.
