    Taking all of these courses in this program has led me to learn new skills, teaching strategies, and teaching theories. I see education with a new and different perspective on how to communicate with teachers and students in a productive way. Additionally, I have had coaching experiences with collaborative colleagues using effective teaching models such as cognitive, content, pedagogical, and collegial teaching. This experience increased my confidence level and helped me reflect on my teaching practices. During this coaching experience with my fellow collaborator, I learned to build positive relationships, establish mutual trust and create a partnership where respect is mutually perceived.
