I think it doesn't just make a person more productive. But it also makes your body feel good, which helps the mind and spirit feel good. I will continue to exercise every day and if I encounter an obstacle to be able to take the time; I'm thinking of buying a treadmill. Your body feels much more alive and healthy with even the smallest physical activity. This exercise made me realize how much my body was out of shape and in need of exercise. I've also wanted to try yoga or meditation for a while. Even if I don't have time to take a class, I have time to download an app, which I found out you can do. I fully intend to try to accomplish this throughout the semester. I also like to travel to relieve stress. I feel like I'm discovering different landscapes and nature increases my feeling of well-being. Going for a day of camping and hiking through the forest is relaxing. In my opinion, anything near water is also relaxing; the sound of the water alone provides a feeling of calm. Recreational activities like fishing, boating or just sitting by a fire in the evening. I think all these things can relax the mind and reduce stress.
