“If we question the past, we will learn that “style” no longer exists for us, that a style belonging to our time has been born; and there was a revolution” - Le Corbusier (Corbusier, 1986)After a while, the revolution of modernism, constructivism and neorealism was still progressing. Modernism has had the longest history in the development of architecture, which has become the style's major influence in architecture and mobile. However, there were still many architects who explored modernism and formed their own style and theory of architecture, adding symbolic elements to the structure and varied colors. I believe that in the future, there will be another generation that will rise up to make a different world soon. Just like the moment when Mie Vander Rohe said "Less is more", it determines the view districts from the skyline, which make our city more colorful. This essay will present the different approaches to modern architecture through different architects - Le Corbusier and Tadao. Ando. Le Corbusier is one of the cornerstones of architecture; he is also a sociologist, he is the one who has most influenced our lifestyle and our architecture since the end of the Second World War. Tadao Ando was one of the architects influenced by Le Corbusier. Both Le Corbusier and Tadao Ando built a church which, somehow related, shows the development of technology through architectural structure, materials and form.
