While I can easily allow this form of behavior to impact my judgment, I remind myself not to fall into this sinful way of thinking being given my spiritual belief that God has a plan for me. Through this course, I learned that my personal tendencies were not learned but were placed in me by Him. By His Grace, He has made each of us unique and He has placed us in this world to work together without sin and evil intent. Just as I have faith in Him, I cannot be a good leader to my team and employees if I do not have faith that the organization is working to support a positive and healthy culture. Dr. Fischer’s (2006) insight into human nature and our natural tendency toward sin strikes me as enlightening. His article encourages me to continue to believe in God's plan and to continue to develop my faith in God who, through Him, will help combat the negative influences and sins that exist in the world.
