  • Essay / How important is photography in the 21st...

When I looked at this question about the importance of photography, I thought of many different ideas as to why it is important not only for me, but also for the world. . I asked myself this first and have had many reasons why this is important to me. The first reason would be that if a close friend or even family member passed away, I know I could cherish them forever because of the photos we took together. This is the beautiful thing about photography: it not only carries creativity, it also maintains much deeper relationships, like memories that we can never recreate. Personally, I never really liked photography, but when I think about it, photography helps the world in a huge way. For example, there are a lot of crimes in the world today, and part of the reason they are solved is because someone may have taken a photo of them. Additionally, without photography in the world, it would limit many jobs like photographers, paparazzi, and even models. In this generation, people use photography every day. It's another means of communication. Photography is important simply because anyone in the world can understand what is happening in a photo. No matter your gender or what language you speak, almost everyone can benefit from a well-created image. Photography has the power to arouse emotions. The weather makes you laugh or cry. A good photograph always makes you feel something. Since I lacked other ideas, I was able to discover why photography is important. I started asking other classmates and adults I see daily what they thought of the photographer and why it is important. for them. Here are some of the responses I received saying: "Photography is important because it slows down the pace of life middle of paper......um, and you can always refresh it in your memory." In addition to preserving images and feelings, photography is important because it can also be used simply to create eye-catching art. Different techniques can be used to manipulate images creatively and create a specific atmosphere. Colors can be enhanced and made brighter, lines can be blurred, and specific objects can be emphasized. So, in addition to capturing something accurately and allowing you to appreciate it, photography can also simply be expression, creativity and ideas that convey certain feelings in the viewer. In conclusion, I learned a lot of different and fun things about photography and in doing so, it also made me realize that the world we live in today would not be half of what it is today without photography. This is why I think photography is important.
