    And I admit that it was the truth, because I would get angry for anything my parents said to me. Since I have grown up, I have noticed that I am calmer; I don't get angry as easily as I used to. When I'm angry about something, I first try to calm down by taking a few deep breaths. I realized that some things just aren't worth getting frustrated or angry over. When it comes to being stressed, I'm more passive. I don't really like to show that I'm stressed. It depends on the situation if my passive or aggressive side appears.
