This essay reveals the positive effects of sports activities on academic results; and how it can contribute to positively improve the mental concept of non-participating and participating students. The first paragraph would mainly examine how sports activities can play a good role in the personal lives of students, the following paragraphs would explain how participation in sports activities can create a unique unity among students in the form of teamwork and how the Sports can have a positive impact on the future of students. There would then be a paragraph that would then talk about the negative effects of sports on the lives of students. In the last two paragraphs would be the evaluation and conclusion of the essay. Getting Started Students who participate in extracurricular activities have reduced their behavior problems. In sports, they demonstrate discipline in exercises, workouts and routines. They have a responsibility to complete these tasks correctly, whether it's basketball games, football games, dance routines, or signals in baseball. When students complete these tasks correctly, they are rewarded for good behavior and feel proud of their accomplishments. Through the pride they acquire, they acquire better self-respect, better self-esteem and better self-confidence.
