The respondent easily understood the questionnaire and concludes his remarks. The next part of the questionnaire was related to the consumer's behavioral intentions keeping in mind indoor atmospheric elements. Behavioral intention was measured using four questions; A seven-point semantic differential scale was used throughout most of the questionnaire which was also adapted by (Ryu, 2002). The last questions were an open-ended question in which the other reasons were asked for visiting a particular retail store just to get the idea of the respondent or possible missing items. The responses of the respondents during the revisited visit were such due to wide variety, satisfaction/attachment to a particular brand, efficient and clean environment, good quality, better prices and infrastructure quality. These responses showed their level of interest, current mental observations, and past experiences.
