What drives the human spirit to achieve such incredible feats? It can be said that every individual aspires for a better life for himself. Is this the case or is there a more external motivating force for us? Do you believe that we can live our own lives in a way that maximizes our life potential? There are of course many different personality types. You probably don't listen to exactly the same music or enjoy the same movies as your colleagues. It follows that with each personality comes a different way of reacting to situations. Perhaps you have heard of the “fight or flight response” first stated by Walter Bradford Cannon. While we can engage in an in-depth discussion of this response, the purpose of these pages is not to highlight what causes people to react in a certain way, but what causes people to elicit reactions from others. Our world has been shaped by people. of varied personalities. However, there are always those who take the lead and work above average. This does not mean that they consider themselves superior to others. This simply means that the people who take the lead have a responsibility to help others and oversee the progress of the groups as a whole. Yes, leaders carry weights that other people generally don't have to carry. Are the added responsibilities of leadership something to admire or something to fear?
