Even though society has taught that respect has no place in today's world, I would like to think that there are people who feel the same way as me. If people realized what respect can do in today's world, maybe there wouldn't be so much violence. Although many people believe that respect should start with parents, it also requires someone to pick up the slack where the parent has failed.
