    Elizabeth Taylor's ability to function psychologically normally was probably suppressed the first time she appeared on screen, at the age of ten. A normal childhood was taken away from him. By the time she was 15, she had starred in 7 films and won the hearts of all of America in National Velvet. She became a child star. She was not the first actress in her family. Her mother had been a successful stage actress before marrying Elizabeth's father. She was born in England and her family moved to Los Angeles when she was 7 years old. A family friend made a comment that Elizabeth was going to have a screen test at Universal Studios. She was hired. She became a worker before she even reached double digits. Her mother constantly coached her and encouraged her to seek out projects. You could say he became obsessed with performing and pleasing all the adults in his life. While working on National Velvet, she dieted and exercised for four months. It was when I was 11 years old. While filming the project, she suffered a broken back after being thrown from a horse. She forced herself to finish the film despite her immense injury. As she grew into a young woman, she was considered one of the most beautiful women in the world, even at such a young age. Elizabeth Taylor could be considered most infamous for her many marriages. She was married 8 times, including two to the same man, Richard Burton. She first married Burton in 1964. They had an affair during and after the filming of Cleopatra. Before Taylor and Burton divorced their respective spouses and married, Taylor attempted suicide in 1962 because of their tangled relationships. But this wasn't the first sign of reckless behavior in his life. She would have undergone this form of treatment. There is nothing in his story that hints at any biological issues. Cognitive or behavioral issues could have been taken into consideration, but given her childhood, or lack thereof, I think she is a classic example of psychological abnormalities due to underlying issues that could date back childhood. However, since she was a very famous and important movie star, it is possible that she could not have identified any problems in herself. If she had used the defense mechanism of rationalization, then she would not have viewed any of her actions as wrong. Additionally, because psychodynamic therapies can take time to achieve results, she could have become frustrated with the lack of results and stopped therapy. But I think if she had gone to therapy and been patient, it would have been very effective...
