To be healthy, you need to eat four disruptive ingredients. These four things are eating healthy and in the right quantities, exercising regularly, sleeping well, and getting the right nutritional vitamins. A child aged two to eight needs the same four disturbances to be healthy. The only difference is that they need a different amount than an adult.
