I was proud to see my team grow and prosper over the years I coached because I knew I influenced and inspired my team in a positive way. I want to become a doctor to help people in a positive way and make a meaningful difference in their lives. I feel a real internal desire to help and create positive differences in individuals. I believe that this same motivation will really help me continue my medical studies. My family has always motivated me to achieve my goals in life. My upbringing as a child was difficult because being a first generation Canadian was not easy. My parents had to work very hard to give me a better future. I didn't have the same luxury as other people and my parents had to work very hard to raise me when I was a child.
