IntroductionRecent years have seen bureaucratic control change thanks to the rise of technology. In this essay he provided a comprehensive definition of bureaucratic control. It describes the structure, rules and procedure of this control and simply presents some common forms of bureaucratic control. Meanwhile, he pointed out some disadvantages that existed in this control. Next, he describes how bureaucratic control has changed thanks to new technologies. This change can be helpful and can also be detrimental to the bureaucracy, then we mainly discussed why and how it changes in several aspects and provided evidence to support this argument. At the end, he summarizes all the points of view discussed in this essay. DefinitionBureaucratic control is introduced by Max Weber, he represented bureaucracy as systemic rationality and it is the most efficient and technically rational form of organization. Manager control employee from top to bottom, hierarchical authority structure is like a pyramid. It has been described as control of the organization and the individuals who make up the organization through formalized constitutions, standardized rules, regulation and established authority. Moreover, it has the scientific structure of division of labor, professionalization and stratification. This control is widely used in large organizations and government. There are three types of common forms of bureaucratic control: budgetary control, financial control, and internal control. It estimated expected revenues in the future, which helped management make the most of the resources available to the company.
