OJ Simpson Trial of the DecadeThe OJ Simpson Trial was one of the most influential trials in the world. People all over the United States were constantly aware of what was happening in this trial. People had many different opinions. More importantly, OJ Simpson himself was charged with domestic violence for the murders of his wife Nicole Brown Smith and Ronald Goldman. OJ Simpson was born on July 9, 1947 in San Francisco, California. He had a successful college football career at USC. He won a Heisman Trophy. He achieved enormous success in football. However, Simpson is now remembered for the murder trial of his wife Nicole Brown Smith and Ronald Goldman. Kato Kaelin was one of OJ Simpson's tenants and lived on the property. Kato Kaelin was implicated in this trial because while living on OJ Simpson's property, he heard noises and banging in the house before the murder. Kaelin today, approximately 24 years after the murder, states that Simpson is guilty of the murders of Nicole and Ronald. Kaelin became a minor celebrity after testifying at the criminal trial for which Simpson was acquitted. He is best known for describing the three loud bangs he heard from his guest house on the Simpson estate the night Nicole Brown Simpson and Goldman were killed. Kaelin also testified at the civil trial about noises he heard saying "like someone falling behind the wall of my 2-bedroom Schrager room." Kaelin was trying to say that Simpson made a noise when he came upon the air conditioner behind Kaelin's wall, while he was trying to jump over a fence to get back to his house after the murders. Kaelin was a struggling actor who became an instant celebrity after his televised testimony. Testifying that he left Simpson in the middle of paper ...... for Nicole. At that time, people around the world did not know who murdered Nicole and Ronald. As the trial became more detailed, it became clear that Simpson had murdered Nicole and Ronald. At the time of the murders, Nicole Brown Simpson and OJ Simpson had two children, Sydney Brooke Simpson and Justin Ryan Simpson. They were just little babies when this murder took place. After the murder, Nicole's parents obtained custody of the two children. Currently, OJ is in prison for another crime he committed and is now serving 33 years in prison. He is also now accused of foreclosing on his home in Miami, Florida, for non-payment of the mortgage. But as we saw today, OJ was charged guilty in the murders of Nicole and Ronald. About two decades after the murder, his children are doing wonderfully today. They are all well-equipped adults.
