Oceania, also known as the Pacific Islands, is home to many indigenous islanders. The citizens of Oceania possess a wide range of indigenous and distinctive cultures. Most cultures are made up of popular culture and local culture. Due to their unique customs, Oceanian citizens are never victims of assimilation. With only 14 countries, 28 languages and a population of less than 6.5 million, Oceania is meager in size, but immense as a civilization. There are a number of religions in Oceania such as Christianity, Animism, Hinduism, Bahá'í Faith. , Sikhism, Jainism and Islam. Christianity is based on the belief in Jesus Christ, meaning there is only one God that people are meant to worship. Nearly 71.2% of the population claims the Christian religion, which leaves only 28.8% as other religions. Animism is the belief that all objects have a spirit or soul. The objects we are talking about are things like trees, plants and all other things that come from nature. All Hindus worship and believe in Brahman. Brahman is believed to be the spirit of all things. Brahman has the power to present itself as different gods and goddesses. Those who believe in the Bahá'í Faith believe that there is only one creator who is God. Furthermore, they do not believe in heaven or hell. They believe that after we die, we are reborn or simply resurrected. Sikhism states that souls go through a series of lives and deaths before becoming humans. Once the soul has achieved its human form, it is said that after death it can continue towards heaven. Jainism, like Hinduism, is a religion originating in India. Jains believe that everything has a jiva or soul. The belief also states that all jivas are trapped in the cycle of life middle of paper... people are making music. In the developed regions of Oceania, there are a sufficient number of transport modes. The basic means of transportation is the automobile. Planes and ferries are also accessible in developed countries; but developing countries do not have the same needs. The best means of transportation for citizens of underdeveloped countries is walking. It is common in Oceania that a woman is not considered the equal of a man. Men play the dominant role in the household, while women are the submissive ones. Oceanian citizens have a very diverse ancestry. A large majority of their ancestors come from East Asia and Southeast Asia. Many East and Southeast Asians migrated to Oceania around 50,000 years ago. It is still unclear why people migrated to Oceania, so the question remains open..
