    This time I would use positive reinforcement if I were to achieve my goals for the week. Positive reinforcement for me was getting a cheat day if I achieved my goals for the week. The cheat day would be to go to one of my favorite fast food chains, like McDonald's, and get the Big-Mac. To avoid completely destroying what I had accomplished during the week, I just ate a hamburger and drank water. Instead of my usual Big-Mac meal with sweet tea and two strawberry cream pies. I would say it really worked because wanting McDonald's and loving the Big Mac got me through it..
