Uncontrollable eating can lead to diabetes, heart disease, and many other illnesses that can determine the end of your life. People don't watch their diet, letting fatty and gassy foods take control. They are so focused on wanting and not winning. This leads to obesity, leading to unnecessary health problems. Not only has this had negative consequences on people's health, but those who eat responsibly are forced to carry health insurance for obese people.
