1. IntroductionIn times of crisis, the economy needs new ideas to bring about change in order to safely reactivate the economy and give more confidence to customers. Entrepreneurship plays an important role in the sustainable growth of the economy. Innovation and creativity have never been easy, but in a globalized world struggling to recover from a major economic crisis, they play an essential role in reviving the economy, becoming the new core competencies companies, and a company's greatest asset may be its creativity. capital (Nussbaum 2005). Through this, startups have diversified trends, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, providing the customer with a wide diversity of fresh ideas and perspectives, essential to the long-term success of a business. The consequences of entrepreneurship, in terms of economic performance, have also given rise to numerous debates with businesses. Most of the time, start-ups do not have the strategic and operational rigidities that can stifle innovation in established companies. They have limited resources and often struggle to access the complementary assets they need to commercialize their ideas. On the contrary, established companies have the luxury of citing the stories and experiences of their companies to show an extensive portfolio that will give them the economic strength to have multiple resources for better marketing of their products or services. The purpose of this essay is to give you a definition of entrepreneurship and why it is relevant to start-ups and established businesses.2.
