Individuals who think creatively keep organizations up to date with new ideas and innovations. Organizations lacking creative individuals miss out on opportunities for innovation. With the ambiguity of financial markets and high levels of global competition, many organizations only survive through individual creativity used to facilitate innovation within the organization.
