Human activities have caused rapid and significant climate change, while natural phenomena have expressed their desire to modify this phenomenon in the long term. Furthermore, all causes have modified climate variability and these effects into ecological and human dimension effects. Thus, possible solutions would make it possible to manage a major cause of this phenomenon by reducing the negative effects on the atmosphere and adapting to climate change. However, the effective methods to manage human activities should be suggested in daily life. Finally, future climate change should be anticipated not only to find a solution, but also from the beginning of the policy to manage this problem.
