In Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, Jane Eyre, an ordinary girl, with a past full of loneliness and self-loathing, arrives in a welcoming home with her uncle who cares about her a lot. As if Jane's life wasn't meant to be happy, her dear uncle dies. This event leaves Jane living alone with her uncle's wife because these are his last wishes to his wife. Mrs. Reed hates Jane because her husband loves Jane more than their own children. Despite the conditions Jane finds herself in, Jane finds ways to cope and overcome any challenges she encounters. Jane is only able to accomplish tasks like this because she is the new woman inside and she slowly lets it rise and boil to emerge as a new woman that no one else can. ever seen. One who is independent and able to make decisions without help from his male counterparts. Many events in the younger years of Jane's life were filled with hatred towards her and herself, she filled these voids by reading about distant lands filled with excitement. and with the great tales of the past that delighted and captivated his young mind...
