First Question: Road Administrator Goal Setting ProgramThe Road Administration Program was concerned with repairing the country's worn out roads during the winter period. This is due to snowfall on the roads which has made activities such as driving and transportation very difficult for the citizens of the country. Problems associated with the process To begin with, the snow landing on the road caused a lot of damage to them. Indeed, the levels of road elevation were in different proportions. This therefore avoided the lack of fluidity on the roads. Additionally, the cracks observed on the roads were due to the country's temperature difference. During the winter season, the water accumulated under the roads froze. So they increased in mass, breaking up the hard pavement that had been laid on the roads when they were initially constructed. The cracks therefore led to the formation of potholes. Another problem that increased the difficulty of driving was damage to vehicles. The most affected parts were the tires, which deflated over time, leading to increased damage to their rims. These have therefore imposed numerous repair costs on drivers of public and private vehicles. Residents have also not been left behind in the face of the problems caused by the damage on the roads. To begin with, several cases of accidents and injuries have been recorded. Examples include frequent falls by residents who never paid close attention to the holes when walking on the roads. The goals set should also be those that are favorable to the workers, as well as the management team as a whole.
