The Holocaust is a traumatic story. Around six million Jews were killed during this period. The Holocaust is a story of anti-Semitism in Europe, anti-Semitism grew after World War I, Germany lost the war, so the German people blame the Jews for losing the war, and the Jews became the scapegoats. Anne Frank is therefore one of those Jews who were victims of discrimination during the Holocaust. She hid with her family and the diary she wrote while in hiding remained after she was killed in the camp. Her diary was later published and in her diary she had said: “Despite everything, I believe that people are really good-hearted.” I totally agree with her in this statement. I agree with this statement because firstly, I believe that people have sympathy towards others, people have a gentle and kind side to them. I also have examples and evidence provided for my reason. The first evidence comes from an article called "Holocaust Memories", the author wrote that a man in the museum was crying because of what he saw in the museum and that he felt really nice....
