"Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world" (Nelson Mandella). School is what develops our future generation, so why should it be left aside in favor of sport? Most white kids won't participate in any major sports anyway. School should be priority number one, nothing, not even sports, should get in the way. If an athlete cannot do both, they should not play. And in fact some athletes don't even want to do their sport, they are pushed by their parents.
