However, through my own personal experience, I have understood how to identify and resolve conflicts fairly, effectively and wisely. Resolving a conflict issue can be tricky to manage. For example, how an employee responds to and resolves conflict will enhance or limit the success of the employee and the organization. There are different methods to use to resolve conflicts. They include methods of avoidance, collaboration, competition, accommodation and compromise. Resolving a complaint problem contributes to the satisfaction of the complaint, which leads to the development and growth of an organization. It is never easy for a person to admit their mistake. Learning from mistakes is a crucial step in learning, improving and growing. An individual can only learn from their mistakes by accepting them so that they can be corrected and by being more careful not to repeat them, because mistakes can be costly. Admitting a mistake creates a space for learning by shifting a person's focus from blame to understanding (Carrillo-Castrillo and Onieva, 2014). However, for various reasons, accepting a mistake can be difficult for a person. For example, community members believe that as an individual, if you fail at something, it shows that the person is a failure. This explains the behavior of some high school students.
