  • Essay / The History and Science of Dogs - 1265

The domestic dog must be one of the most unique animals that man has ever bred. All dogs were trained differently and for distinct reasons; Whether for their appearance or for their personal attributes, the dog evolved around humans and yet many breeds were created by humans themselves. I also believe that having a dog is a necessity for having a balanced life, just as Cesar Millan was quoted on the Brainy Quote webpage: "The dog can only become what is in your bubble." The dog imitates the energy that is in your bubble. You are the source, the party of energy. If you feel anxious, the dog becomes anxious around you. If you get nervous, the dog wakes up nervous with you.” Your dog escapes your actions and emotions when you are by his side. Additionally, once you are able to control yourself and/or your life while remaining an effective leader to your dog, you can maintain a successful relationship with this extraordinary animal. Personally, I believe that this animal can help you, yourself, see the world from a completely different perspective than how you saw it before, even before you tried to communicate or have a relationship with this animal and Cesar Millan, quite known as the Dog Whisperer around the world also quoted on Brainy Qutotes “A dog is a vehicle, you know; a dog is a window to Mother Nature, and it's the closest species we have. » Just as Jackie Mow says in The Science of Dogs “Dogs were made for men by men”. “Today there are more than 400 dog breeds.” Every animal is virtually the same, but not the dog: “Dogs exhibit the greatest number of variations in size and behavior of any other living and non-living species that has ever lived on the planet. » “Dogs also have the most developed sense of kindness... middle of paper... But it seems that no matter what breed the dog is, the dog will always love you” (Alderton). It seems that regardless of a dog's size or behavioral attributes, they all seem to love their human owners unconditionally. And if you've ever owned a dog, you know that the bond between a human and a dog is unbreakable.Works CitedPage, Jake. Dogs. New York: HarperCollins Publishers Inc., 2007. Print. Alderton, Davis.
