Your heart is one of your most important organs, so it's important to keep it healthy. To do this, you must make the right choices regarding diet, exercise, smoking or alcohol consumption. Lowering your cholesterol levels is a great way to start keeping your heart healthy. Cholesterol is a fatty substance found in the blood and too much of it can lead to blocked arteries, which could lead to a heart attack. You can lower your cholesterol levels by not smoking, not drinking, exercising, reducing stress, and watching your diet.
