Names like platinum, gold, etc. are marketing tricks used to attract customers to certain products in order to encourage them to affiliate with a certain product class. Names must have the effect of provoking customers' emotions and encouraging them to associate a product with a class to which they belong and/or wish to be associated. To this end, a customer belonging to a lower class will purchase a product with terminology reflecting a higher class simply to have the feeling of belonging to such a class. Once you get a massive response to a specific package, promote it heavily in order to gain the trust of consumers, on this platform, general reception of all other products will ultimately be achieved. To this end, it is necessary to ensure that the difference in packaging is not so diverse as to link the two different products, but sufficiently different to allow the customer to choose one over the other without difficulty. To gain this market advantage, CP Corp also needs to develop a quality management policy and strategy. This would help develop a framework on how the company would manage its operations as well as manage and control their quality (Langheinrich and Kaltschmitt, 2006, p.915-922). For CP Corp to be successful with its product, it must ensure that it has an effective quality assurance and quality control process integrated into its quality management.
