To help determine the effectiveness of the program and ensure projected goals are met, Shaw University social work students will collectively conduct tenant satisfaction surveys and also interview tenants prior to receiving assistance from the housing program. Once tenants receive support, data will be collected using the same methods as before. Tenants will be required to complete a survey about what they expect from the housing program. Once tenants join the program, they will complete another survey to determine whether we met their expectations and how we can improve our methods. Shaw University social work students will then compare and analyze the two sets of before and after data to determine the effectiveness of the housing program. Once students have properly analyzed the data they have collected, we will then meet to determine areas of satisfaction and areas for improvement...... middle of document...... housing affordable: analysis of the experiences of single mothers in North Philadelphia.
