Although in most situations these are desired traits, other times they can be weaknesses. For example, as a claims adjuster, I work in a very high-volume, fast-paced work environment. I talk to customers on the phone all day, and as an extrovert, I tend to have long conversations with customers in an effort to build relationships. Ultimately, my clients are very happy with the level of service I have provided, but I usually have to stay late in order to complete all my daily assignments completely and thoroughly.
