The Supernaturalist is a book by Eoin Colfer about a 14-year-old boy at the Clarissa Frayne Institute for Boys with Parenting Difficulties. Unwanted by his parents, he decides to run away and join a group of teenagers called Supernaturalists. This group of children has the same abilities as Cosmo. They can see supernatural creatures. The supernaturalists hunt these creatures in order to save humanity remaining in the satellite city. Recently, I interviewed Victoria who had just read this book and asked her to tell us a little more about this book. Victoria told me how the cover of the book influenced her to choose this book to read. She said: “It was interesting and brilliant. And you know how much girls love shiny things! » (Patton). She said it was a little difficult to read, because there was a lot going on and it was hard to follow the events that were happening in the book. But she still really enjoyed the book. It took her 4 weeks to finish this book but of course if she didn't have to go to school with all her homework she would have finished it sooner. She still said that wasn't the case.....
