The world has gone digital and across all sectors of the economy, entrepreneurs are working to apply IT systems to run their businesses smoothly. However, the invention of information technology and its entry into the business world has shown that customers demand better services every time they do business or receive services. From banks to financial markets, from the stock market to retail markets, businessmen are using the principles of information technology to attract, serve and retain customers. However, e-banking is one of those technologies that have generated customer support and increased the partnership between bank and customer. Additionally, this system creates an excellent means of communication, customer connectivity, product personalization and contextual business functionality.
