    When we are tired or not feeling well, we can go to our room, close our door, lie down and relax. Maybe even turn on some music or read a book or magazine. My bed is where I like to retreat when I want to relax. I have a double bed with four pillows and my favorite comforter. It's a Little Mermaid comforter, I know it's childish, but it's soft and warm. And of course, my Tickle Me Elmo sits on my bed and keeps me company. Often I lie down, close my eyes and dream of places I would like to see or things that make me happy. One thing we should not do is think about the things we need to do or anything that stresses us out, because we will never feel relaxed. I usually try to stay away from these kinds of thoughts and it usually works
