MARKETINGProducts/Services Offered:Mexican cuisine is known for its varied flavors, colorful decoration, and variety of spices and ingredients, many of which are native to the country. We are planning to open a Mexican restaurant in Islamabad, named Chipotle, as it contains an element of innovation and differentiation. There was no 100% Mexican restaurant offering a wide variety of cuisines and at the same time providing an ambiance that would take every customer entering into the whole Mexican scenario. Our products include a wide variety of authentic Mexican cuisine including salads, enchiladas, fajitas, carnitas, quesadillas and traditional Mexican dishes. We will also serve all kinds of shisha flavors. We will offer lunch and dinner, while also offering the possibility to organize parties and reserve the place for corporate dinners/breakfasts. Chipotle will offer lunch, dinner and weekend brunch at our restaurant. We will also serve shisha. Aside from that, Chipotle will host parties by reservation. Companies can also book it for corporate level meetings or breakfasts/brunches. And businesses will be offered a special discount to create loyalty and a long-term relationship. We will also offer services such as • Special themed weekend parties • Salsa dance classes • Value added services • Entrances • Unique environment • Music • Wifi availability, • Screens Based pricing would be established as there is no purely Mexican restaurant available in our target market - hence the following structure: For example: 25 + ...... middle of paper ......, which will represent a certain percentage of discounts on their bill total. This will increase sales of existing customers and attract more new customers. • Catering Coupons We will also launch a loyalty program where we will send our loyal customers catering coupons during important events such as; their birthdays or wedding anniversaries to improve our customer base. • DeliveryA home delivery service will also be introduced soon, making it convenient for customers who want their food delivered to their doorstep. Special home delivery offers will also be introduced, making our offer more attractive compared to our competitors. We will maintain a proper database of our customers to ensure that they do not have to go through the tedious process of explaining their address and telephone numbers. Through this we can also create a good customer relationship.
