Essay / My Views on God and the Nature of the Universe - 920
A worldview is an opinion about how you view society as a whole. Each person's worldview is influenced by their culture, religion, family friends, etc. I am a Pentecostal Christian and a Romanian and these two aspects have an immeasurable impact on my worldview. Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and died on the cross for every person on this Earth. Even though every person sinned and turned their back on God countless times, Christ was always there for us no matter what we did. His love is greater than any love we have ever encountered and His grace is immeasurably great. How to know who God is and the nature of the universe, what our purpose is and what happens when we die, and how to tell good from evil are some of the main questions people ask. God is unknown and more complicated than God. our brain could never understand. The only description we understand of God is His characteristics. God is loving, wise, gracious, merciful, my savior, a judge, perfect, never changing, a king who watches over his kingdom, and he is also righteous. A frequently asked question is, “If God really exists, why does He let bad things happen?” » When God created humans, we were perfect, but we also had free will. To preserve free will, God placed the tree of knowledge of good and evil in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2:9 NIV). Eating its fruit would allow sin to enter the Earth and since Adam and Eve both ate the fruit, the nature of the universe has changed from good and perfect to sinful and evil (Genesis 3 NIV). Sin was brought into this world and it made us selfish people, horrible people, murderers, etc. God cannot intervene and control our actions for the same reason He put the tree of knowledge of good and evil in the garden: free will. . Ev...... middle of paper......believe that someone can come and change my vision of the world in an ambitious way. The only way to change my worldview is to prove that the Bible exists, and I know for a fact from all my experiences that there is a God and God is my God.
