A/N: Just a quick reminder that this takes place in SEASON NINE, before Arizona cheated on Callie! “When it rains, it rains. Perhaps the art of living is about turning difficult times into great experiences: we can choose to hate the rain or dance in it. - Joan Marques You've probably heard the expression "when it rains, it pours." At Grave Stone Memorial, formerly Seattle Grace Mercy Death Hospital, the idiom still rang true (no pun intended). It was the place where bad things happened over and over again. Life is historically full of ups and downs. We often wonder why bad things happen to good people. Why some people's lives are marred by all this devastation and why it seems like nothing bad ever happens to them. “Life is supposed to have meaning,” no one ever said. Meredith felt the need to run, but she didn't know where to go and she didn't want to be alone tonight. "I guess you don't know me as well as you thought," Meredith replied bitterly. “I don’t run away from my problems. I'm looking for my daughter. Derek took her away and he won't answer my texts or calls. Alex, he has family on the East Coast. I–I–I think he could take her there. Alex's eyes widened and he took out his cell phone. "What are you doing?" she let out a gasp. “I'm calling your husband,” Alex replied bluntly...
