I heard the engine whistling in my driveway; a man rushing and screaming at an inanimate object. When I went to look out my window, I saw a two thousand and nine Toyota Prius. You could see the glimmering light reflecting off the ceiling, the white looked as fresh as a freshly painted wall. The door slammed and my exhausted, steady face turned. I saw my nephew, he was rushing towards my house and sooner or later his father got out of the driver's seat; even though his face looked blank and seemed like he wanted to leave my neighborhood as quickly as possible. I opened the door and my nephew entered. “Hello darling, why don’t you look so good today!” Later, Mark, my brother came in and just said "It's your problem now", he kissed his son and then left. During this time Paul, my nephew ate cookies and sat on the couch watching TV. I turned it off after fifteen minutes to tell him a story. Paul immediately sat down on the carpet and looked up to hear the fascinating story. “It was the summer of 80 and I remember it was Thursday June 12.” "My friends called me Corey, some called me by my real name Connie, and it was because I didn't share my feelings with anyone. I was pretty small at the time compared to everyone at my school , my hair was a light brown, and many people made fun of me because I hadn't "developed" yet. The advantage was that I was at the top of my class I received the ; service award from our mayor my family including my. mom named Maryland, dad named Andrew who beat me badly when I was young and left a permanent memory that I still remember today. idiot brothers back then, your dad Mark and Craig I had.... .. middle of paper ...... after the incident the police entered the mall I guessed that; my mom was so worried she didn't even bother to call Vivian to find out where I was. We sat in the parking lot outside the mall, and it was stressful. No one spoke, even though my father gave me a “I’m disappointed in you” face. An ambulance arrived and the old man named Jerry came in and was chased away. ; they took his duffel bag and the tool with them. Jerry mumbled something on the way to the car about my appearance and his eyes were watering, it almost made me cry. Everything was calm and the night was glowing, a shooting star had passed. 'THANKS.' "Paul was sound asleep, and I took his hand and said, 'We take it for granted that we know the whole story - we judge a book by its cover and read whatever we want between the selected lines without understanding the true integrity and meaning of spaces.."
