    Right to Privacy: Many people around the world do not realize how their right to privacy is in danger and the need to understand that It's very important, more than they think. Most people in society don't realize that this is a bigger problem than it seems. As many of you may know, the 14th Amendment has been involved in many privacy rights cases. This amendment to the Constitution guarantees us the right to privacy, but what does that mean? This article attempts to show how the right to privacy is applied in public, in the workplace and at home. Over the years, many people have known that the right to privacy is not mentioned in the Constitution. The Supreme Court has confirmed that there are several amendments to create this right. One of the most well-known amendments regarding the right to privacy is the Fourth Amendment. This amendment does not allow the police or any other government agent to search us or our property. The only thing that could allow them to “invade” our privacy is if they have a “warrant”. There are many other amendments that concern privacy. (Union, 2003) As we all know, our right to privacy is a human right and an element of various legal traditions that can restrict actions by government and private parties that threaten the privacy of an individual's background . These two men named Warren and Brandeis wrote that privacy is the “right to be left alone” and focuses on the protection of individuals. The right to privacy is our right to maintain an area around us, including things around us such as our own body, home, property, thoughts, feelings, secrets, and identity.
