Obtaining Process The OBTAIN problem solving process is a simple approach to dealing with problems an individual may encounter in business. It is a simple, systematic approach to problem solving that includes well-defined steps for users to follow. These steps are called problem solving processes. This step-by-step process prevents the management team from speculating about the next phase. This article will show how implementing the problem solving process can help the Eminence team resolve issues discovered within the organization. The GET process is an acronym that is broken down into the following steps: Part A: 1. O- Describe the problem2. B-Break down the problem3. Test the hypothesis in T4. A- Analyze the problem5.
