These theories define the real optimization of the organization. Leadership focus also changes due to these factors. Financial improvement is the optimal outcome of these motivators (Fisher, 2005). The reward, gratitude and punishment system is a good technique to judge employees (Smith and Rupp, 2003) and the work strategy model compels employees to give their best. Involving motivation theories in the organization reduces complexity and encourages employees to convince themselves to work and become capable of generating accomplishment. From the above discussion, it is clear that employee involvement through motivation is essential for the organization. In this regard, the hybrid model of motivation that is the work strategy model should be effective. M/S Hogan should be expected to develop a proper communication model and come up with a system of reward and punishment. This brings the employees' perspective into focus and the motivators will make them think that they are not just working for the organization but rather for themselves.
