  • Essay / Apple Incorporated Company - 1244

Apple is a company that has been around for many years. More than 55 million people use an apple product or are considered to have at least one apple product in their home. Apple products range from larger devices such as the surprisingly well-known Mac Books which are a computer system to many small portable devices called iPhones. This device allows a person to make calls while enjoying the conventional conveniences that a laptop would have. They also have the very popular iPod as well as the Apple TV. They have grown into an empire that everyone is trying to become and beat. As many people know, there is history and hard work that must be done for a business to succeed. Many people will characterize Apple's success as an underdog company that succeeded despite the odds. Founder Steve Jobs was an ordinary person with a dream. He started building an Apple computer in his parents' living room and later moved to the garage due to lack of space. Later in his career in construction, a neighbor of Steve Jobs introduced him to Stephen Gary Wonzniak. Wonzniak was an engineer and Jobs was a market expert and together they have the skills to build and promote properly. The computer they were trying to promote was a fairly expensive computer. Jobs was so dedicated to the idea of transforming this computer from what it was into something that could be sold to the public that he contacted Bill Hewlett and asked him to donate some parts for a class project. Out of the blue, Jobs Hewlett admired his initiative and gave him a summer at HP to assemble frequency counters. In 1975, the first Apple computer was created and officially sold to the public. At the time, Jobs and his business partners were in the middle of paper......their reputation was diminishing due to a more global world. Works Cited • Elliot, Jay (2012).
