. The area where I believe I am doing well for the benefit of staff, learners and parents is implementing some fundraising projects and providing funds to improve the overall quality of the school. My colleagues and I worked in our school's financial control office, which was staffed by a group of people who sought to fund the school. We have studied the needs of each of the subjects taught in our school and how to provide the appropriate and necessary materials. We also looked at how we could take advantage of some of the school's existing facilities, including old equipment and items that needed to be replaced or updated..
