I lack time management. I have recognized that I am more successful when my time management and organization are in order. I also discovered that I spend all my time and energy on others and leave no time for myself. I love self-help books, but I don't have time to read them. I often move away from my family and friends because I don't have time. People have called me cynical, and looking at my LPI score from others who have questioned my leadership, I agree.
